For our fourth and final festive interview this year we are over the moon to welcome author, blogger, Youtuber, entrepreneur and all round wellness guru Madeleine Shaw to the podcast. 

Madeleine is one of the UK’s best known wellness experts, and her books adorn the shelves of many of our friends' kitchens as well as our own. 

Madeleine has pioneered building a wellbeing business online, and has a number of hugely successful channels including her Instagram, website and new meditation app. 

With the festive season upon us we are very grateful to have been able to sit down with Madeleine to discuss how to stay on track with your wellbeing goals over the festive season, as well as many more health-related chats (hangover cures included!).
